Valley Forge Hotel is a complete transformation of an aging 18-unit, single-level motel into a contemporary long-term stay destination. The project involved a full gut renovation and complete exterior redesign, introducing a bold architectural identity defined by clean lines, natural materials, and a welcoming central lobby. Guest suites were reimagined with modern finishes, integrated kitchenettes, and flexible living spaces designed for extended stays. The renewed property elevates both the guest experience and curb appeal, demonstrating how thoughtful design can reposition an existing hospitality asset for today's market.
