This seven-unit multifamily development brings contemporary urban living to the heart of Jersey City, steps from the light rail and surrounding neighborhood amenities. Designed to maximize density while respecting its context, the building features a clean, modern façade with warm wood accents, expansive glazing, and thoughtfully landscaped streetscapes that enhance the pedestrian experience. Each residence includes two secondary bedrooms, a spacious primary suite, and an open-concept kitchen and living area that maximizes natural light and everyday functionality. The project demonstrates how efficient planning and contemporary architecture can create high-quality urban housing within a compact city site.
