Elm Residence is a comprehensive renovation that reimagines an existing residence through a refined contemporary exterior and thoughtfully modernized interiors. The façade was transformed by exploring new material compositions, blending stone, stucco, natural wood, and dark metal accents to create a timeless architectural identity with renewed curb appeal. At the heart of the renovation, the kitchen was completely redesigned into a bright, open gathering space featuring expansive glazing, clean detailing, and a restrained material palette. Together, the interior and exterior interventions create a cohesive home that balances modern living with warmth, functionality, and enduring character.
