Arc Residence is a contemporary five-bedroom, four-bath residence designed to embrace its wooded setting through bold architectural form and expansive glazing. A composition of clean geometric volumes is softened by distinctive curved rooflines that establish a unique identity while responding to the natural landscape. At its core, an open floating staircase serves as both a sculptural centerpiece and a source of natural light, creating a visual connection between each level of the home. Spacious living areas extend seamlessly to a covered rear patio and pool, blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor living while supporting year-round entertaining.
